Our qualifications
Integrity inspection
Our inspectors represent our client on-site when work is being performed by contractors, and ensures that work is performed per specifications, in a safe manner, and always looking out for the interest of the client.
Without quality inspectors, our company would not exist – we view our inspectors as clients as much as we view them as our workforce.
API 510: pressure Vessel inspection
– Improved management control of operations, repairs and maintenance of treatment units
– Reducing the risk of inspection delays
– Ensuring a consistently high level of security through the use of highly specialized and experienced inspectors
– The selection of an in-service inspection program and monitoring of conditions necessary to determine the integrity of pressure receptacles and pressure-relief devices.
API 570 Inspector
API 570 certified plumbing inspectors must have an extensive knowledge base for the maintenance, inspection, modification and repair of metal plumbing systems in service.
API 570 covers the procedures for the inspection, grading, repair and alteration of fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) piping systems and their associated decompression devices that have been commissioned .
API 570 Inspectors should be well informed about :
– The guarantee of a high and continuous safety level thanks to the use of inspectors specialized in piping
– Improve management control of inspections, repairs, modifications and re-evaluations of treatment units
– Reduced risk of late inspection due to regulatory requirements
API 579: fitness for Service
Service Capability Assessments are quantitative technical assessments performed to demonstrate the structural integrity of an in-service component that may contain a failure or operate under specific conditions that may cause a failure. The methods and procedures in this standard are intended to supplement and supplement the requirements of API 510, API 570, API 653 and other construction postal codes referencing FFS assessments, such as NB-23.
API 579 qualified engineers should have the necessary knowledge to:
– Utiliser un diagramme d’évaluation des défaillances (FAD)
– L’Amélioration du contrôle de gestion des inspections, des réparations, des modifications et des réévaluations des unités de traitement
– Des décisions Run-Repair-Replace pour aider à déterminer si les composants de l’équipement sous pression contenant des défauts préalablement identifiés peuvent continuer à fonctionner en toute sécurité pendant une certaine période de temps.
API 580: Risk Based Inspection
The goal of the API 580 recommended practice is to provide users with the basic minimum and recommended elements for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a risk-based inspection program for stationary equipment and piping in hydrocarbon and chemical process industries. It also provides guidance to owners-users, operators and equipment designers who lobby for the development and implementation of an inspection program.
The goal of API 580 is to provide inspectors with the knowledge they need to demonstrate their expertise in risk-based inspection techniques.
API 653: Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tanks
The American Petroleum Institute has launched a certification program for API653 soil storage tank inspectors with the participation of the owners and users of the storage tank. It establishes a coherent national program that helps states and local governments regulate aboveground storage tanks.
Certified inspectors in API 653 should be well informed about:
The minimum qualifications specified in API 653
Inspection and repair of aboveground storage tanks
Inspection, repair, alteration and rebuilding of the tank.
API 1169: Pipeline Construction Inspector
The American Petroleum Institute has launched a certification program for API 653 soil tank inspectors with the participation of the owners and users of the storage tank. It establishes a coherent national program that helps states and local governments regulate aboveground storage tanks.
Certified inspectors in API-1169 should be knowledgeable about:
Recommended Practice for Basic-Construction Inspection Requirements for a New Pipeline
General inspection of on-shore pipeline construction
The Inspector’s Responsibilities
Personnel and general safety of pipelines
The fight against the environment and pollution
NDT(Non-Destructive Testing)Inspections :
The need for qualified personnel to perform NDT tasks is paramount in all sectors. In order to determine competencies, systems have been designed to ensure that NSE staff are properly trained, pass the written and practical exams and have the necessary experience to perform the NDT tasks correctly. using the END method. Applicable or technical test. Those who have met the three requirements are qualified and once qualified, they can be certified, which is defined in several ways in different non-destructive testing systems.
Various NDT methods require staff qualification and certification such as:
Visual test “VT”
Visual testing is one of methods of non-destructive testing of optical type. It is based on obtaining information about the tested material with the help of visual observation or of optical and measuring instruments. Visual testing method allows detecting discontinuities, deviations of the size and shape from the specified ones for more than 0.1 mm when using instruments with magnification up to 10x.
Ultrasonic test “UT”
Radiographic test “RT“
Magnetic test “MT”
Penetrant test “PT“
